If something in Enrich Layer isn’t working quite right, we want to hear about it — and fix it quickly. To help us investigate and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, here’s what to include when reporting a bug.

🧾 The Info That Helps Us Help You

When you message us via chat or email, please include:

  • API endpoint: Name of the endpoint you’re using (e.g., Person Profile API Endpoint).

  • Input parameters: Exact parameters you’re including in your request

  • Expected vs. actual result: What you were expecting to receive and what was actually returned in the response.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (optional but helpful)

Visual context helps us spot what’s going wrong more quickly.

✨ Bonus Tip: What Changed?

If the issue appeared suddenly, think back — did anything change recently?

  • A new API key?

  • A plan upgrade?

  • A different dataset or workflow?

Any extra context helps us pinpoint the issue faster.

Where to Send It

You can send your report:

  • In the live chat window (bottom-right of your dashboard)

  • Or by emailing us at [email protected]

Either way, we’ll review your message and get back to you as quickly as we can — often with follow-up questions to dig deeper or updates on a fix.
