How to adjust your monthly auto top up:
1) Log in to the user dashboard by signing in on our homepage: www.enrichlayer.com
2) Navigate the left-hand pane to the Billing Section. Select the 'Buy Credits' sub-section.
3) Scroll to the 'Credits' section of the dashboard and verify that the 'Limit auto-topups to no more than $ XXXX / month' check box is toggled on. Use the drop-down menu to adjust the dollar spending limit.
How to Fully Disable Auto Top-Up:
To turn off auto top-up entirely:
1. Log in to your dashboard at (http://www.enrichlayer.com)
2. Navigate to the Billing Section and select the 'Buy Credits' sub-section.
3. Scroll to the 'Credits' section of the dashboard.
4. Uncheck the Automatically top up checkbox.
Auto top-up is now disabled and your account will no longer be charged automatically.
Note: The auto top-up checkbox is only visible in the Credits section if you have both a saved payment method on file and a Pay-as-you-go or subscription plan. If you don't see the checkbox, please verify that both conditions are met on your account.
