If you’ve made a request and noticed that certain data points didn’t come through — like job history, social links, or education details — there are a few common reasons this can happen.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
A Few Things That Might Affect Data Availability:
The data simply doesn’t exist Not all profiles are fully filled out on the public web. If information like work history or social media isn’t publicly available, we won’t be able to return it.
The profile hasn’t been enriched yet Depending on your plan or the API call, some enrichments may be optional. If you’re not requesting full enrichments (or don’t have credits to cover them), certain fields may be skipped.
Real-time freshness wasn’t triggered If data freshness is disabled, the system may return cached data, which could be older or incomplete.
The URL was incorrect or unreachable If there’s an issue with the input (like a malformed profile URL), the API may return partial or no data.
✅ What You Can Do
Double-check that you’re using the correct API settings and structure
Make sure the datafreshness is enabled to retrieve latest available data
