Used up all your available credits? Don’t worry—your account stays active. However, access to credit-based features will be paused until you top up.

Here’s what to expect when your balance hits zero, and how to get back up and running in no time.

🛑 What Stops Working?

When your credits run out, you may notice that:

API requests return an error (e.g., not enough credits)

Search and enrichment calls no longer process

Batch uploads may pause or fail halfway.

Your dashboard will show your balance at 0, and requests that require credits will be rejected until you add more.

What You Can Still Do

Even if your credits hit zero, don’t worry — you can still:

  • Access your dashboard

  • View billing history and usage logs

  • Update account or billing settings

  • Add or remove team members (if applicable)

How to Resume Service

  1. You can top up your credits any time by:

  2. Visiting the Billing section in your dashboard

  3. Choosing a top-up amount or upgrading your plan

  4. Submitting payment

Once your payment is processed, your credit balance will refresh instantly — and you’re good to go!

Want to Avoid Disruptions?

Nobody likes downtime. Here are a few ways to keep your account running smoothly:

  • Enabling usage alerts if available

  • Using the dashboard to estimate high-usage endpoints

  • Setting up automated top-ups (if your account supports it)
