We understand that billing surprises can be frustrating—especially if a request didn’t return what you expected or you weren’t aware of a feature that used more credits.
We aim to be fair and transparent, and we do review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
When a Refund or Credit Might Be Possible
We’re happy to take a closer look if:
You were charged for a request that failed due to a system error
You were unaware of a setting (like the data freshness) that increased the credit cost
You’re still new to the platform and learning how it works
If you believe your situation fits one of these, just let us know—our team will review it and get back to you quickly.
What’s Not Refundable (in Most Cases)
To keep things consistent, we generally don’t offer credits back for:
Successful API requests where the data was returned as expected
Charges that align with our documented credit usage
How to Request a Refund or Credit
Just reach out to us with a quick note that includes:
The date/time of the request
The endpoint you used
Any unexpected behavior or issues you noticed
You can contact us at [email protected] or send us a message via chat. We’ll take a look and get back to you as soon as possible.
