Cancellation Policy – We’re Here to Help

We never want to see you go, but we understand that sometimes needs change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.

Monthly Subscriptions (with 12-month commitment)

If you’re on a month-to-month plan with a 12-month commitment, you can cancel anytime right from your Enrich Layer dashboard. Your account will still be active until the end of the current billing month you’ve already paid for.

Just a heads-up: we don’t do partial-month refunds, so if you cancel halfway through, you’ll keep access until the end of that billing cycle. For example, if you paid on June 1 and cancel on June 15, your plan stays active until July 1.

Since it’s a 12-month commitment, there’ll be a cancellation fee for the remaining months. But no worries—there won’t be any extra charges after that.

Annual Subscriptions (Billed Upfront)

Our annual plans give you the best value, and in return we ask for a 12-month commitment. Whether you pay upfront or in monthly installments, your plan runs for a full year.

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time—just make sure to submit your cancellation at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another year. We’ll send you a friendly reminder ahead of time so you don’t miss it.

Need to cancel mid-term? Reach out to our team. In many cases, we offer early termination with a cancellation fee (e.g., the cost of one or two months) to help cover the discount you received. It’s our way of balancing flexibility with fairness.

Pay-as-You-Go Plans / Credits

Our annual subscription plan is paid upfront, and the credits are immediately added to your account. These credits will stay valid for 12 months.

If you don’t want it to auto-renew after the end of the billing cycle, you can cancel from your dashboard anytime. Or if you’d prefer, you can also reach out to us and we’ll be happy to cancel it for you to make sure it doesn’t auto-renew.

When it comes to refunds, we strive to be as fair and consistent as possible. Here’s how we handle them:

Subscription Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans. Your payment reserves access for the full billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

If something didn’t go as expected—maybe a technical issue or a sudden change—we’re here to help. We’re happy to review things on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer a pro-rated refund or account credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Preventing Misuse (Keeping it Fair)

Our policies are designed for flexibility—but also to protect against misuse. That means:

  • We may limit repeated cancellations and reactivations that appear to abuse pricing or guarantees.

  • All usage is subject to our Fair Use Policy.

  • Unlimited features are intended for normal business use. Excessive behavior may trigger limits or a review.
