How to Delete Your Account
If you'd like to permanently close your Enrich Layer account, you can request deletion by contacting our support team. We're also working on adding a self-service option directly in the dashboard — that's coming soon.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, reach out to us and we'll take care of it:

Let us know you'd like to delete your account
We'll verify your identity and process the deletion promptly
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Before submitting your request, here's what to expect:
Your account and all login access will be permanently removed
Any remaining credits will be forfeited — they cannot be refunded or transferred
Your API key will be deactivated immediately
If you're on an active subscription, billing will be stopped — note that cancellation fees may apply depending on your plan
Account deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Just Trying to Cancel Your Free Trial?
If you signed up for a free trial and simply want to stop using Enrich Layer — you don't need to do anything. Trial accounts are not billed, so you can stop using the platform at any time with no further action required.
If you'd prefer to have your account and all associated data fully removed, follow the steps above to contact support.
